1. What did you do in 2005 that you'd never done before?
I got my license, got a job, started a bank account, and... went on two trips by myself. :)

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I don't think I made any resolutions last year, but I didn't keep them if I did. As for 2006, I have some resolutions, but they get to be my little secret. :X

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Nope.

4. Did anyone close to you die?
Nope.

5. What countries did you visit?
None. :(

6. What would you like to have in 2006 that you lacked in 2005?
That also gets to be one of my little secrets. :)!

7. What date from 2005 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
The day when the people at Marinelli's paid our bill and the lady at the park was being funny. Actually, maybe I'll remember the day by the fire better. That or the last day in Florida. Florida wins.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
I'm not sure. Probably National Merit or Who's Who... I'm dork.

9. What was your biggest failure?
Parking on my road test. Oooh boy.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Nope.

11. What was the best thing you bought?
I didn't really buy anything big or special.

12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
Pete and Josh. Pete just for being himself, and Josh for always being there when I don't make sense but need to ramble anyway.

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
This is public. Am I stupid?

14. Where did most of your money go?
Gas, the bank, and a few clothes.

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Visits.

16. What song will always remind you of 2005?
Hmm... The Scientist.

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
i. happier or sadder? Happier overall.
ii. thinner or fatter? Thinner.
iii. richer or poorer? Richer.

18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Visiting, but I don't have much say in that one.

19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
During the beginning of the year, I just had too much stuff going on. It got me all stressed and tired.

20. How will you be spending Christmas?
We had my dad's family over.

22. Did you fall in love in 2005?
Yes.

23. How many one-night stands?
None.

24. What was your favorite TV program?
Scrubs and Smallville.

25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
No.

26. What was the best book you read?
The Wedding or The Screwtape Letters.

27. What was your greatest musical discovery?
I listen to Coldplay now.

28. What did you want and get?
A guy, a truck, and an iPod.

29. What did you want and not get?
To be able to visit whenever I wanted.

30. What was your favorite film of this year?
Phantom of the Opera... did that come out this year?

31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
16. On the actual day, I went to grad parties. I had people over the night before.

32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
To graduate. Haha.

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2005?
Anything warm and cute.

34. What kept you sane?
Having things to do, Josh, Pete, and green tea.

35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
No one. I'm not a celebrity-following kind of person.

36. What political issue stirred you the most?
Haha. I don't even remember any that were an issue.

37. Who did you miss?
Pete.

38. Who was the best new person you met?
Nicole. I definitely like the her and Josh thing.

39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2005.
Sometimes you have to put up with things and pretend to have fun. You may even convince yourself, but at least you won't annoy everyone around you.
