A DOG!! :) FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
cory and i might be getting a dog!!!!!!!!!! :) we had some extra money lying about from tax returns, and cory started asking his mom if it would be possible for us to get one of the shih-tzus (SP??) that she got (because that dog and i just get along great and it's fairly quiet). SO HE FINALLY IS ON BOARD WITH THIS!! :) YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! anyway, there won't be another litter born until the end of june. so IF cory doesn't change his mind, it will be a wedding present to ourselves!!!!!!!!!!! :)
we are getting a boy. here are the names i came up with about a year ago:
Boy: Legolas (lego for short), Diego, GIR, Spunky (after the dog on rocko's modern life), Sprockett (After the dog on fraggle rock) Cory and i are leaning towards spunky. :) it's fitting because that dog on rocko's modern life always had his tongue sticking out, and in our scrapbook i have TWO ENTIRE PAGES dedicated to pictures i have of cory with his tongue out--and more i could put in there!
cory's mom cracked me up. she says she can't wait to get a "grandpuppy". YEAAAAAH. anyway, i am POSITIVE they will keep our new baby dog until we get back from our honeymoon. here's what she e-mailed me:
"I also wanted to tell the both of you that your arrival of the new addition to your family will be around the end of June. I will keep you posted. I can't wait to get a grandpuppy. Now Bandit will have a friend."
SO IT'S IN THE WORKS!!!!!!!!!!! i can NOT NOT *NOT* wait!! :)
