(no subject)
Well for the past 2 day's i've had orientation. I'm having mixed emotions in that i'm more calm & confident that I can handle the amount of work, but i'm also worried about wether or not it will pay off. I'm still worried about this Socratic method crap. I HAVE to get over this fear of speaking up in class. It's weird b/c I don't have stage fright when it comes to giving presentations or performing in front of large audiences. I'm fine with that probably b/c dancing for 10 years got me over it. I'm perfectly fine with getting up on a bar & dancing, but if i get called on in class (even if i know the answer) I freeze up. I don't understand!
I really like the school & the people i've met so far although i'm sure it will take me a while to find my niche & make close friends. Everyone seems really nice & friendly which is good.
Tomorrow i'm going to spend studying & breifing cases. I also need to go to the bookstore & get 2 more books. Then i'm taking sunday off & relaxing.
