Agoraphilia - Ah, love of the marketplace, instead of fear of the marketplace. How refreshing! Agoraphobia is so last year. So, while you are there shopping until you are dropping, take some time out and afford yourself a treat. How about a nice big chewy gooey and heavenly outer shell crispy macaroon? Doesn't that sound good? The kind with the candied cherry in the middle which you save until last as you savor the slightly hot and overly sweet rest of the cookie. A well made macaroon is a joy!
Sprang In vial: a cross between marshmallow and coconut jelly beans.
On skin: this is such a fun scent. it smells not just like a jelly bean, but several. I smell the marshmallow flavoured type, the vanilla flavoured one, a hint of the coconut one, a tiny hint of the buttered popcorn one (just a tiny hint) and a touch of citrus too, like there’s a bit of the lemon sherbet flavour in there. it’s fun, sugary but not tooth-aching sugar. It’s almost like Churpz but not as fluffy. In fact, for all its ‘smells like jelly beans’ fun sweetness, this winds up smelling surprisingly sophisticated for a sweet scent.

perpetual orgasm (half) LE The divine honey which the bees make on the dry and craggy plains is the starting point for such a melting blend. Malta is an arid country and the non populated expanses are covered with tough aromatic growth which needs little rainfall. It is in that hard herbal mat that the bees wrestle the tiniest drops of nectar out of sparse light blue flowers and somehow manage to manufacture honey of such brilliance it’s almost as if the sun was captured and liquefied. Added to this is a shard of sharp lemon zest and the smooth modification of orange, both citrus which can be found in abundance in the Mediterranean, and which naturally compliment Maltese honey, and you will have found a paradise in a bottle.

Many Possetiers asked me to create Hot Cross Buns for them and so I oblige! Yeasty bread with a glossy top and a thick "X" of sugary icing, a generous helping of currents and European citron and that is a classic Hot Cross Bun. Smelling them baking is so heavenly that you can't believe they are Lenten fare, a form of abstaining from indulgences and indulging in self denial. Very pretty and just a perfume which makes me smile without realizing that is what I am doing

The Girls like to get together to plan their season in the spring when they first wake up. What a nice thing to have a tiny translucent cup of chai as they gather round and listen to the Queen talk about their aspirations for spring. Lively blood orange and a couple of rose buds make this chai extra special. Teas, dark and sustaining and the persistent scent of honey and spices make this a most memorable blend. Not too heavy but perfect for chilled spring days.

Yeasty bread with a glossy top and a thick "X" of sugary icing, a generous helping of currents and European citron and that is a classic Hot Cross Bun. Smelling them baking is so heavenly that you can't believe they are Lenten fare, a form of abstaining from indulgences and indulging in self denial.
