I'm leaving on a jet plane
Well, I'm off for the weekend to listen to a series of Ed Casey lectures on public memory and place. Anyone who knows me philosophically can see how awesome this is for me. I'm a huge fan of Casey's work, and feel that one of the neglected areas of philosophical research are certain mental powers we have such as feeling, imagination (not as a phenomenon, but how the faculty works), memory, etc. This is going to totally rock!!!
