Woe is ME!!!
Is anyone thinking of taking a spurrious trip to Germany in, say, the next week or so? If so, I would appreciate you picking up V.65 of Heidegger's Gesamtausgabe: Beitrage zur philosophie (vom ereignis) for me. It's going to cost me about 70 Euros to get it here in America, and, frankly, I just can't see doing that. (oh, and not to be TOO big of a pain in the ass, could you grab Die Kunst und der Raum also? That one's only 10 Euros, but the shipping is 24.) I hate German books!!! Why can't they be cheap like the French ones!
In other news, sent Robert an e-mail about my Heidegger paper, and he gave me the go-ahead... looks like nothing but "preservation" and "seeking" for the rest of the seminar for me!
Oh, and for all of you fans of Nietzsche: Holderlin (who Nietzsche avers was his favorite poet) is actually the one to come up with the one must go under to soar above idea. Take that you moustached little proto-nazi!!
