Irritating
I am irritated (perhaps unjustly) that the 'Leafkin Premeir' has been moved to July 18th, my birthday. But moreso, that the job of informing me was not taken by the two people who know me, have known me for awhile, but instead given to Lexi, who is a relatively new acquaintance. I quite like Lexi. And this just put her in a rather uncomfortable situation. She usually recieves the short end of the stick a lot from the other two and it's pretty bullshit. From the one because she's detail oriented and her way has to be the best, and from the other because she is too passive to put a word in and initiate confrontation. Totally not fair to Lexi.
I'm not silly enough to claim that's the reason I'm irritated in the first place, but it definitely compounds the issue.
Ugh, and now I'm stuck fighting the urge to be a petty bitch about it.
The High Road sucks.
And well, it did give me an excuse not to attend the 'Premier' which, in my personal opinion is turning into a farce. It's like watching a little kid dress in thier parents' clothes and insist that they are, in fact, adults and should be treated as such.
