It is...Actually, your friend with the flame tail is the same from what I saw on video this morning.

His speech is made of the syllables for "Chimchar", but you understand each other perfectly. It's interesting.

That I don't know, considering we're all from such different backgrounds. There's one person I think who couldn't be understood or understand us without the PCD and he is human.

The language barrier here is almost nonexistant, but there are a few snags apparently.

I guess sometimes they can't keep up with the people coming in and overlook them...or maybe they are simply unaware of some languages.
