me=sick
Thursday (of Spring Break, no less) I thought my allergies were acting up. Friday I was pretty sure it was not allergies...I was heading into a sinus infection. Saturday arrives to find myself, Kas, and Baby B sick with cold/sinus infections. I watch my niece & nephew on Saturdays, but no need to worry - they're both sick, too! My sister was actually the sickest sicko of the bunch, and she had to work. Our boss sent her home early, and rather than be miserable at home with no other adults she hangs out with all us other sick people. That night I started having issues with my breathing. It was asthma-like, but not solved by my inhaler. Sunday I started with a hacking, wheezy, dry cough. I went to the doc this morning and he says I'm on the ass end of a sinus infection and smack in the middle of a case of bronchitis. He RX'd me a cough syrup with codeine (tastes like the nastiest, sweatiest, monkey balls EVER), z-pack, and a handful of Singulair samples...for "bronchial spasms". He told me I'm supposed to rest. ...sigh... It's been ages since I took codeine...it's kicking my ass. Really fun dreams, tho - imagine a church staircase replaced by a mountain-like display of toilet paper 4-packs. On that note...I'm going back to bed.
