We will have rules for the library; we will have order. These rules and penalties will be enforced. All who enter the library will be aware of these conditions.
- No eating or drinking within the library. The penalty for eating or drinking is bodily removal from the library.
- No smoking in the library; no fire in the library. The penalty for smoking or bringing fire into the library is bodily removal from the library, and the ingestion of many firey chili peppers.
- Only respectful behavior in the library. The penalty for disrespectful behavior is bodily removal from the library and a week ban.
- Books and other items must be returned on time.
Penalties for late books/items: Any Number of Days: The Teotl's discretion A Week: Banning from library, also the Teotl's discretion. More Than a Week: Heart sacrifice
- Destruction of the library or precious items is a penalty of bodily removal from the library and then heart sacrifice.
