Kyo and Uo's Talk

Uo talks to Kyo about what happened with Tohru and Yuki.

Uo grabbed Kyo and dragged him off to an unspecified location. Throwing him down against a brick wall, she pointed her pipe at his throat.

"Alright, spit out everything that happened! Tohru

Kyo straightened out his shirt, trying very hard not to hit her.

"First of all don't fucking touch me. Second of all, why is this your business?? I didn't do anything wrong! I'd like to see you try and kill me HA!"

Uo jabbed Kyo in the chest sharply with her finger. "First of all, I'll do whatever the hell I want to you. And second, this is my buisness because I made a promise to Kyoko to look out for Tohru." She glared at him. "We'll figure out if you did anything wrong or not. If you're so fine about all of it, why were you hiding away in your room? That doesn't seem like the actions of someone with a clear conscience to me!"

Kyo smacked her had away, glaring.

"Hiding away has nothing to do with Tohru! I don't regret for one second what happened. It was bound to happen and it's not like I planned on it. She..she wanted it too!", his cheeks flushed and he stepped forward, getting in Uo's face, "I love her. I LOVE HER! I said it , there! I'm proud to say that I love her, I can't imagine living a day without her...."

He stepped back, looking down, fists clenched as he held back tears.

"I love her so much...but it's not just her and I. It never was, I can't fool myself. Yuki-..." He stopped.

Uo's hard expression faltered a little as Kyo spoke. "What do you mean, it's not just the two of you? What's this whole deal with Yuki? I mean, I know what happened because I talked with Tohru...but why are you all acting like it's the end of the world?" Uo shrugged a little uncomfortably. "Yeah, you both obviously had a thing for Tohru-kun. But apparently, she's chosen you. Is there some reason the prince can't accept that?"

Kyo shuffled his feet, looking to the side.

"Has she really chosen me? Did she say that? I-" His voice lowered to an inaudible whisper to himself,"don't want to leave him behind..." He raised his head, looking Uo in the eye, speaking louder. "I don't think that is the case. I think they should talk, like her and I did."

She shrugged. "Seeing as how she actually LET you get under her skirt, I can pretty confidently say she's chosen you." Uo rolled her eyes. "And she keeps saying that she loves you, so I guess that might have something to do with it, too. I can't say I know where she got those feelings."

Uo broke off her sarcasm. "Anyway...maybe all three of you should talk. If you're worried about leaving Yuki behind, and all. You guys had to know that this was coming eventually."

"I guess you are right.." Kyo said hesitantly.

"Ch, you aren't so bad after all. Never would have guessed."

"Yeah, well don't get too used to me being nice." She smiled wryly. "People might think I'm going soft. Now go on and get back to Tohru!"
