Finally!
About fifteen months ago, I entered into an email exchange with eBay because there was no way for me to change my email address. To be fair, they did make some suggestions, like saying I should try using that uber-powerful MS Magnify program on my PC, or perhaps I should get myself down to a community center or a center for the blind, since those people are paid to help people like me.
Anyway, there's now an audio verification option, and finally, more than two years after it was deactivated, my VCU address isn't my address for eBay anymore.
I know this isn't a perfect solution for everyone, but I am glad I could change my email address. I don't know how long it's been up there, but I only just discovered it. That's probably bad news for my bank account...
