A campfire has been built on the tarmac and folding chairs have been set up around it.

It was. I'm relieved but... also a little sad it is over. It seemed to go by so quickly.

I know. I really like it here. I doubt the other bases will be the same.

[nods.] I like it here as well. I'm not sure what to expect for future destinations.

Maybe we'll get lucky and our next base will have a grumpy boss and a crazy flight instructor, too!

I get that. It's hard to leave a place you love, even if you just got there.

[looks down at the ground.] I... didn't think I would make it to the end, myself. It's certainly grown on me.
