All I need is time.
It being a tad more than 17 hours after escaping finals, freshman year, and, of course, SORIN'S GREATBIGFACE, I've already resorted to turning up the trance and scouring the internet for some inspiration for an appealing layout. And God forbid, if this is any prediction of the remainder of summer (as in, dos y media meses), this won't be the last of my entries posted in boredom. But what did I expect?
Batman and recent Brandon studying/visiting events have been a happy addition to these last few days, and now the process begins yet again of finding time between extended Strip Search viewings to plan cheerful outings -- some of which, I should hope, should be out of this dreadfully uninteresting Livonia. Fantastic 4, of course, will certainly be an exciting mess of explosions, bad puns, and (one can't forget) clobbering, but beyond that... I must begin to think. My mom, today, grunted approvingly at the mention of the Harry Potter midnight show, hopefully implying she's willing to accompany the lot of us to a night of observing cult film fanatics. And suddenly, besides bike riding, I have a unexplainable desire to rollerskate, at least ONCE, this summer, and cross my fingers that they still play bouncy dance music during the sessions WITHOUT foxtrotting old couples. Heads up, Brandon/Kyle/anyone, you may be forced to endure my pointless attempt to recall long-lost balance skills. Dusty Spanish, French, drawing, and HTML guides are still sitting on my desk, plus poor unwatched foreign films remain next to my television, as well. Then, I suppose, I should give the summer more credit. There's plenty of accumulated items and dumb excursions and VH1 to prevent me from sleeping away the vacation. -nods off, nevertheless-
Then hooray, I say, for a school year over so unspectacularly, and I will now slide downstairs for mind-numbing entertainment of candy and repetitive Kelly Clarkson videos on MTV before sleep. &LOVELY! The sun is already coming up. Ah, the rhythm of the summer.<3
