van Halen Bros. and Son
Woah!
Not only is Van Halen going to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, but they've fired their long time bass player (an awesome dude, BTW) and have replaced him with none other than Wolfgang "Wolfie" Van Halen (Eddie's son). Woah! That's keeping it in the family.
I heard a radio interview with Sammy this morning that announced all of this exciting news. I was instantly transported back to my freshman year of high school when I thought there was nothing better on earth than Van Halen. My opinion has definitely changed, but I still love the band and cannot WAIT to see them when they tour. There are also rumors of David Lee Roth coming back on tour with them to sing, but it could also be Wolfie singing lead. AMAZING!
I also hand washed some clothes I had been wanting to hand wash, since, well, August. It's amazing what you can get done when school has been cancelled due to snow!
