School has been ridiculous. Way too long, but very interesting. I'm taking a "Teaching English Learners" class and it is totally facinating. All this linguistics stuff that I love. It gave me lots of weird thoughts of aspirations of Post-Bacc work and masters degrees and doctorates from UCBerkeley and studying with George Lakoff. Very scary, but very cool. It was amazing that for those four hours, I barely thought of music and actually felt like I was in grad school, learning new things and feeling academic.
I also FINALLY talked to Mary Lou yesterday, and I am totally set to be the visual person at South Salem! Now I just need to find some techs. Anyone know anyone interested for two weeks of camp work, starting July 29th? Let me know.
