(no subject)
I am loving the rain!!! Stayed in bed until 1 pm watching the rain fall.
It has been some crazy times since last I posted. I can start by writing my weekend mystery. I was driving southbound 101 on my way with the boys to a rock and mineral show when out of no where something hit my windshield shattering the widow both inside and out. I thought it to be a rock but it seem more like a hard baseball, but how would that be on the freeway????????
Thank you window makers for putting the plastic liner between the two sheet of glass, because with out it I would have been hit right in the head.
I turn the vehicle around and go straight to the dodge dealer, but they don't replace glass, you have to go to a specialized glass company. I meet up with Dave swap vehicles, proceed to the gem show, have lunch with the boys and come home. The next morning my nieghboors come by to look at the window. One of them, Joe, is a tow truck driver and he is like, "Lea, a rock did not hit your window, the mark is too clean." The other neighboor is there and asks where on the 101 was I and I tell him and then he says, "It was a golf ball from the Westlake course." Joe goes, that is exactly what hit the window and that is why you didn't see it coming. I call the golf course and they ask no questions and tell me to come to the course and fill out a report. I am still waiting to see what they say, but wow. I feel like I was part of a mystery case. I just wish I didn't have to feel like so many lives were at stake.
Other than that things are well. I discovered that I am aneimic and went and got some liquid iron and am feeling better. I was really afraid by the way I was feeling. I had no energy and the worst headache for like 3 weeks straight.
Today feel so much better ejoying the rain and the mumbling of Ace's "mmaaaammmaaaa"
