Surgery :(
Well I had my surgery today. I spent from 9am untill 4:00 this afternoon in the hospital. It sucked! First they couldnt get the IV started. They tried one hand 3 times, then switched and still couldn't get it. After about 10 minuets they finaly got it. And my horrable fear of needles made this torture..The surgery took 2 hours instead of 1 because it was a lot worse than they though it was going to be. They orginaly said that it was just the top part of my septum that was out of line. Well when they did the catscan they found out that my whole septum was pushed pretty far over and the top was just out of line more than the rest. So they had to fix that. So basicaly my nose is going to be completley different when I get all of the bandaging off on Monday. They had to pack my nose alot (That just means theres a lot of bandaging in my nose), because it has to hold my septum together so it doesnt collapse. I was in recovery for a long time because I wasn't coming out of it right away. It was really painful when I woke up. I was in tears. They told me to rate the pain 1-10.. 10 being the worst and I said 9. They gave me 3 different doses of pain killers and it did nothing untill they gave me perks. But yeah. Its very painful. My face looks like a balloon and I'm very bruised. Its not a good time. I've never been in so much pain in my life..
