My weekend
So this has been the most amazing weekend ever.
Important things I have learned:
1. I SUCK at giving directions... apparently I told Beth to get off of 69 and hop on 469 west... only a tiny problem... 469 starts where I told her to get off and only goes east... so they kept on 69 hoping to eventually find this mythical 469 west... oops
2. Heather SUCKS at opening doors... oh and she yells "WHAT THE HELL" in front of frightened children when she can't open said door. She also sucks at stealing food because she causes the whole plate to fall over...
3. Red ROCKS at cleaning rooms... she entered my apartment and immediately started organizing and picking it up... it was ridiculous... but it's gorgeous now (yes, red, I'm keeping it that way, I hung up my coat, washed the dishes, started sorting papers, and even left the keys where I could find them)
4. Fort Wayne guys SUCK at being subtle... Keri, Heather, Beth, Red, and I got hit on at least once per store we went to.. it was getting a little ridiculous... my personal favorite was the adolescent boys behind us in the line to J.C. Pennys who saw red's i.d. and started talking about how they were 18 and how "minnesotah rawks" (their pronunciation style exactly)
5. My stuffed animals ROCK... we used Doocy, my monkey; quacksworth, my duck; and a host of other "villains" to attack and molest heather all weekend... if she hadn't started off by throwing Doocy across the room I don't think we'd have been quite as persistent...
6. Beth ROCKS at impulse shopping with me... whether we took it as a sign from God or not, that cranberry sprite was amazing... oh and she and i both SUCK at finding stuff at the walmart we went to....
7. Kerri ROCKS at dancing and trying to spot me as I attempt to kill myself... we watched Rent and Stick It... basically we couldn't have been more hyper or willing to try stuff out...
So as I said.... this weekend was awesome... I didn't want it to end... and I definitely didn't want any of the girls to leave... :-( oh well... saved some fun for next time... I've already got a few plans outlined....
