Accomplishments:
From Lexicon: Back when he was at Hogwarts, Charlie was a first-rate Seeker for the Gryffindor house Quidditch team. He was Captain of the team and during his tenure the Gryffindors won the Quidditch Cup. After he left Hogwarts, more than seven years passed before Gryffindor again won the House Cup.
Skills:
In Goblet of Fire, it was revealed that Charlie failed his apparition test the first time around. He came second to Remus on the fist ever magical survivor game and he surprised many by the alliances he built and the ruthlessness he showed in the game.
Occupation:
From Lexicon: Charlie is currently working with dragons in Romania.
Personality:
He has built and maintained close friendships with people who work outside the Order. These connections could prove helpful in the Order's attempt to recruit new members. He is also very down to earth, very relaxed, a quiet calm before the storm.
For the Game:
Lucius: Charlie could have joined any Professional Quidditch team after Hogwarts but instead he chose to work with Dragons. He is a thrill junkie and this is part of his personality that attracts him to Lucius. Charlie is a true Gryffindor. He'll act before he thinks and while the game has installed and sharpened his survival instincts, Charlie can't deny that he is attracted to Lucius, a current Death Eater.
Charlie's affection for great wild beasts and his need to befriend, protect them in some ways affects the way he views Lucius Malfoy. To him, Lucius is a like a dragon forced into servitude, chained and owned, but never truly conquered. He wants to free the beast to see the man, even if it means he will get burned in the process.
Others:
Weasley Family:
He is close to his family, and is quite fond of his older brother Bill. He does, however, find it hard to reconnect with some of his younger siblings, since he has been on his own during the time they were growing up.
Order Members:
Charlie has been a member of the Order since the Triwizard tournament. He was recruited by Dumbledore in the hopes of obtaining as many foreign wizards to the Order as possible.
Lately he has been growing suspicious of Dumbledore. The lessons he's learn on the island, trust no one, has made him question some of Dumbledore's decrees and whether they are making a mistake in fighting Voldemort head on. The alliances he built during the game have also made him wonder whether a possible alliance with dissatisfied Death Eaters, tired of Voldemort's reign, would be the catalyst that would turn this battle in the Order's favour.
