Hello Katya,
From a purely domestic political perspective, I think it is natural for
a party holding power for a rather long time (such as United Russia) to
face some attrition with the population in terms of support, no matter
how good the objective accomplishments of said party. Therefore, I
don't think the loss of a number of seats by UR is particularly
unexpected. However, the western media - which I rightly view with the
same skepticism, and at times contempt, as many Soviet citizens viewed
such CPUSSR outlets as Pravda - has had a field day over the election
results, as well as the alleged vote fraud. In fact, the coverage
thereof has all of the makings of a covert destabilization operation,
with the end objective being to remove the current national leadership
and to replace it with an Anglo-American puppet regime.
Thus we enter the sphere of Gorbachev's interventions in the current
situation. As for Mr. Gorbachev personally, it is widely known among
competent figures, both in Russia and elsewhere, that he is an agent of
the British intelligence services, and an outright traitor to the
former Soviet Union and to the present Russian Federation. His
fraudulent babbling about democracy, human rights, and the like, should
be seen as nothing more than a demagogic ploy to turn Russia into a
vassal state of the common enemy of all humanity: the Anglo-American
financiers. Mr. Gorbachev's past actions and current affiliations
similarly bear this out.
As for Mrs. Clinton, it is wholly inappropriate for her to interfere in the domestic
political affairs of a sovereign nation - which she undoubtedly knows. To me,
she remains a very dubious figure, although somewhat better than such despicable
characters as Susan Rice (an African-American who has devoted herself
to the destruction of sovereignty of African nations, amongst others)
and the perpetually Russiophobic idiot, John McCain.
With regards to the upcoming elections in Russia, I would, as an American
patriot, whole-heartedly support the election of Mr. Putin as President
of the Russian Federation. It is abundantly clear to me that the
current ruling elite in the West hasn't the slightest concern for the
welfare of the general populace; thus, it is only the international
opposition to their lunatic policies of bailouts and austerity - coming
primarily from the relatively technologically progressive nations, most
importantly Russia and China - which prevents the Western nations from
degenerating into full-on fascist police states.
In terms of Western politics, the most important consideration presently is the
elimination of the dominant role of parasitical financial capital in
our political affairs. The indispensable tool in accomplishing this is
the immediate reinstatement of the Glass-Steagall Act of 1933:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glass%E2%80%93Steagall_Act If this act were to be re-implemented in full force, it would
effectively destroy the power of the Anglo-American financier interests
(by taking away their ability to use American depositors' funds for
their proprietary speculation), and set the stage for new era of
cooperation between the United States and the principal nations of
Eurasia: Russia, China, and India.
Best regards,
Tyler
