I don't exist?

Stupid computer, yesterday i had completed all but three of these "procedures" i had to type up, i saved them in order to finish them today and i got here only to find that my computer had somehow erased all my work and settings along with it, AAAAGGGHHHH So i rang the "IT" guy (who i am sure is just a kid in high school who doesn't exactly know what he is on about) and he said the computer had erased all memory of me even existing and he fixed it, even though he did take ages. That still doesn't bring all my work back though so i have to start all over again, NOOOOOOO.

Oh well.........
