It looks like it's all finally coming together. About damn time... I didn't expect this to be easy but shit, could these damn bureaucrats shove any more paperwork my way? No choice but to deal with it though, the paper flood has to stop sometime.
Need to pick a sous chef and a maitre d' really fucking soon, get someone to take some of this work off my hands and learn the ropes before the grand opening. Two more weeks!
Pot au feu on the stove tonight. Might just take the day off tomorrow, head out and socialize for a bit. It's been too damn long and after this week from hell I could use some lovely company~
