Maybe the male maid outfits are even worse than the female one. I mean, this one has gloves! I replaced them with some more casual outfits from aikea. You can get them here (male clothes -> page 2)

Remember that you can only have one replacement mesh of an outfit in your game. So if you have another male maid replacement, you'll need that remove that from you downloads folder, or the outfits won't look right.
