These tops obviously needed to be replaced, but I didn't like to do a mesh replacement, because the game uses the same mesh for your sim gets burned. Pretty skintight tops are hard to find, but lillany posted some here and I pulled apart 2 other outfits she posted here to get more textures.
So this is what the new tops look like:
And these are the old ones:
Be sure to remove any other replacements you might have for these. You won't have to remove you pregnancy morph, since these use the original mesh :)

I recommend you to download Catofevilgenius' replacement meshes for pregnancy morphs, no wasp waist, no underboob crease and just more sense altogether.
