Cowboy Bebop: live-action recasting
Cowboy Bebop is one of the most important series I have seen in my life, and certainly the most important animated one. The way it's shot, directed and written it easily could be a live-action series, and the issues it tackles would be more than enough for a whole season, if not more. I've seen the whole show twice now (with the notable exception of the last 3-4 episodes, which caused me too much pain the first time for me to rewatch them - I'm gonna try now.)
I was browsing Tumblr idly when I saw a photo of Joseph Gordon-Levitt captioned along the lines of "A way better Spike Spiegel than Keanu Reeves" and BOUGHT IT. This is the result of my brainstorming with akzseinga and mlekopijca:
