Step/Signature One of Two Very Important Steps/Signatures
I have signed the mortgage paperwork.

This is a Very Good Thing.
In other Very Good News, I have also lined up my contractor for a meeting at 3:30pm on Saturday to walk through the condo with me for the work I want to do, and I am meeting the notary next week to draw up my will and living will. You may not think that this last deserves the title of "Very Good News", but I have my reasons. I can go into them if you choose to find out. :-)
The Second Very Important Step, and the only other Very Important Step this week, is signing the deed of sale. That happens Friday morning at 10am, and this time, there's no need to trek up to Laval (*grr, argh* Laval; after school finished, I was supposed to be done with you *grr, argh*).
So, anyone busy the evening of Friday, February 25th? My house will need to be warmed. :-)
