The Red Sox just won the World Series...
That makes my dad *so* happy (ask anyone who knows my dad- there is no bigger fan than him! Don't make me tell you about his and my mom's honeymoon. LOL)
... and in turn him being so happy makes me happy tonite.
(even though he would not go outside with me to look at the eclipse- he broke our tradition of looking at eclipses/shooting stars.. but I can forgive him this one time =)
