oh gender roles. good thing at 3 pedro and juana are learning appropriate gender specific behaviors.
in other news i really have nothing to do so i have been reading stuff online all night. lj communities and tim wise top the list. white privilege is not something i'm super passionate about despite my housing roots - i feel a lot more passionate about other "diversity issues" but wise has some good stuff to say...
we went to a pato game today - traditional argentine sport. imagine ultimate frisbee played on horseback with a soccerball with handles and a goal something like what's used for quiddich. they used to use a duck (hence why the game is called pato) but nowdays they've settled for a more humane option.
suddenly i'm really, really tired. like i've been the past few days. w00t.
