Just when I was thinking of turning this thing off for a while...
Today we saw a turtle on the way to the trail, and it was ending its trip across the road. A moment of joy and smiles.
And on the way out, we saw what remained. In a heap of guts and blood, directly under the "Caution: Turtle Crossing" sign.
This one man, who is always willing to help people and turtles get to the direction they're pointing
collapsed in my arms.
And we sat there for a while.
This is the only thing that matters.
The rest of the world can go fuck themselves.
