So wanna know the best thing about having a dad who is a priest?? I get to hear all the CRAZY stories he has to tell. For example, today, he had "the funeral from hell." He said that this family was so weird, that they rival the gypsy family he did a funeral for back in Rhode Island. Apparently the guy delivering the eulogy was drunk, and was continuing to drink vodka out of a water bottle. In the course of remembering his mother, he said, and I quote, "My mother taught me everything; she taught me how to cuss, how to drink, and how to screw." How sick is that?? It is way to Freudian for me, but who the hell am I to judge?? He also mentioned to my father at the graveside that, and I quote again, "I went to public school of course, but all my friends went to Catholic school and were molested by the priests." Hahahhaha. You just have to laugh at this. Other events of the funeral: on the way to the graveside, they had to stop by the deceased's house. They got out, waved, and started drinking bourbon. My dad was seriously about to kill someone. But then again, all he could do was laugh. Maybe you guys don't think this is funny. But believe me -- it really really really is.

Okay, I'm going to go on a rant for a second here. We got our FAFSA stuff back with our expected family contribution, which is fucking $30,000!! How the hell are my parents supposed to come up with that kind of money?? Do they not understand that my mother is a goddamn PART-TIME nurse, and my father is a fucking priest?? Plus my parents are shelling out thousands of dollars a year that they don't really have to send my special-needs brother to a school that will teach him to be at least somewhat self-sufficient and an integral part of society!! Do they not fucking understand that?? Obviously not. Financial aid my ass!!
/End rant./
Whew. Now I'm all better. I'm sorry I didn't update for the past couple of days. I've had lots of homework, plus this confirmation class stuff to do. Good times kiddos. Let me tell you. But it was all worth it for today. We made Valentine's for the elderly at a nursing home after school for NHS and we had a complete BLAST!! Kenny, Sameera, Wande, Emily A., Rachel, Drew, Taylor, Meggie, Erica, and I all stayed. We were all in the SILLIEST of moods as well. We made the craziest valentines EVER!! I made one with a cat on it, and inside, it said, "I love you so much, I could bark!" Hahahaha. Cats don't bark. But anyways. We made other ones with polar bears that said, "Hope you have a CHILL Valentine's Day!" Aren't we so clever?? I tend to think we are.
No homework tonight. Woot. That's super duper-exciting. It means I can talk to Andrew tonight. I haven't really talked to him in almost two days, and I miss him a lot. Isn't that weird?? You get so used to having this contact with someone, and when you skip it for even one day, you feel it. I miss him. :(
Anyways, I have to go Valentine's day shopping. I have ideas for Andrew of course, but what should I get my parents or my brother?? Je ne sais pas. It'll come to me though...it always does. What do you think Andrew has planned for Saturday?? It's so weird because I'm to the point where it doesn't even matter, as long as it is with him. I know , I know. Isn't that cute?? Please keep the "awwws" to yourself, thanks. :)
Alrighty, must eat. It is essential, you know. But have a good evening, and a great Thursday!! Much love!! Muah!!

"My mother taught me everything; she taught me how to cuss, how to drink, and how to screw." that eulogy guy. I still can't get enough of it!!
