It appears all I can do is subject you to more of my pictures. Rachael was here this week, she left this morning so we ran around doing some more tourist things in Berlin and now I am fucking exhausted. Highlights include the Jewish Museum which has history of the Jews other than the Holocaust, the New National Gallery which is a modern art museum, James Bond (for the second time but this time in English) and a Christmas and a Chaunuka Market. Good times.
Our biggest "adventure" was on Tuesday when we went to Frankfurt an der Oder (the Oder is a river and because there are two largish Frankfurts in Germany they use the rivers they are on to distinguish between the two). This town is on the Polish/German border and is a "sizeable" town but yea only about 60,000 people and really cute and old looking. Rachael's family is from this city and that is why we went there as it is only an hour train ride from Berlin. We say lots of churches and German styled Gothic buildings which are cool and walked over a bridge into Poland and walked around there for about half an hour. It was fun and the weather was suprisingly nice which was also cool. So anyways.
Here are the pictures. Hope you enjoy them.
