I don't like firewater

Happy 21st birthday to me! Last Wednesday was my jolly old b-day, and boy was it a memorable one! I got totally wasted on jasmine tea, and then I got SO high on calculus. It was INSANE, let me tell you! Actually, I just spent the whole day studying numbers in preparation for my test the next day. It was boring as hell, but dayum I hope it payed off! As a birthday gift to myself, I bleached my hair and bought myself a septum tusk from sozepiggytails, who sells the most awesome jewelry at the cheapest prices. I have no clue how she manages this, but it made my day!

Smooches for parroty Ember.

After my calculus test, I gathered up my feathery baby and we hit the road for a 5 hour drive to my family's house on Isle of Palms, SC. The drive sucked, but there was red velvet cake and joy waiting for me when I got there! I really couldn't think of a better way to spend my belated birthday celebration than with my family in that house. It's good times 24/7. Blair is a damn blast, and we shared a room (as usual) and stayed up not-too-late watching the Style channel and playing Pokemon on the DS! I want to go back! Mum is talking about how we're going to spend all summer there, which is AWESOME with me! I'll bring my kayaks along and try to rope people into going fishing with me in the inlets of the Intercoastal Waterway! I'd be great to maybe even get a job at the Wild Dunes marina working on one of the fishing ecology tour boats. I can ID marine fish like a hellcat, let me tell you.
OH. And my mom and dad, and even a little bit of Blair, found a Wii for me for my b-day! Originally my mom loaned me $50 to purchase it, so I owed her some cash. However, later on the next day we were driving and I spotted some wood storks browsing in the water, so I demanded that the car stop and everyone look at them (they're gorgeous and federally endangered). On the way back to the car I found an BIG fish skull that was partially cleaned, so I decided to take it with me, but when I got to the car with it, my mom said she'd erase my $50 debt to her if I didn't take it! I left it behind, but I'm not sure if it was worth it now. It had an AWESOME lower jaw! Tons of teeth! Then Haley bought Endless Ocean at Target, and we playing it a bunch for the rest of the weekend. I've been playing it a lot today, and I just gained access to a great abyssal habitat! I FOUND A COELACANTH AND A GOBLIN SHARK! Ooooh it's been the highlight of today.

It's another tooty Ember!
