a writer's block is not the same as an ink block, though they may look similar.
so in my quest to find a hibari/gokudera/1859 fic, i perused fanfiction.net, only to find about 10 of them, none too memorable either, except for homewrecker by transcendently, which is actually a must-read. in any case, i must point out that i understand why few have been attempted - there's the fact that they've never even had a decent conversaiton in the canon, not to mention having to deal with hibari's incorrigible (but altogether loving xD) personality. and in my case (i don't know even why i'm attempting this) a hibari POV is hard to write, and i haven't done it any justice.
but aside from my own bitching and moaning, i also took a look at gintama fics, which numbered in the 300s. also understandable. you can only really go two ways with it - crack or angst, and angst seems like a bit OOC when not done by the anime. but i find it utterly amusing that people name their gintama fics a la gintama. AS IT SHOULD BE. :D
