Meet Me On The Equinox
Doing monthly updates via the facebook albums now; increasing the frequency of meet-ups w a regular bunch; the Bsc Boyz, the KC clique, the Wednesday Bunch (Sims + ESKs included) and I'm lovinggg it. Three consecutive wednesdays of crazy dancing, crazy drinking and crazy fun's been more than enough to satiate the party animal; that, more drinking sessions, late nights and I feel young, reckless and irresponsible all over again. Breaking curfews, sneaking in before sunrise.. yeah, definitely irresponsible, but this wayward behaviour will stop when work starts. I think (hope).
The bestie passed her 21st @ The Mint Museum as well, and t'was AWESOME. Whilst it was the slightest bit awkward w the ex around, I wasn't gonna let that ruin the fun. Catching up w people who've seen you grow, it's just not the same. But that's that for the clique now, I think we've had a good 12years running, but I highly doubt we'll do meet-ups more often anymore.
The world cup started, and so has the world cup fever. It's been 2 days into it and all I've been hearing from boy-man are scores, team lineups, odds, how good the players are, and ohgawd, on retrospect, maybe I hang around guys too much. Brotzeit w the 4plus1 girls; beer and soccer, two things we're totally not acquainted with. And last night w the St. Gabe's boy for Lu's was... an eyeopener. Then again, boys will be boys. We ended up reminscing about ex-teachers, watching some rugby friendly whilst playing munchkin.
All's good, L'Oreal sales tomorrow (hope I don't die), contemplating a bar job and daddy got me a cobalt blue Hilfiger Zoey jacket. He wants me to take my license too. That thought scares yet liberates me at the same time. I shall take the challenge heads-on.
