Fixing the 3.5k guitar cost him 1k and somehow it doesn't sound the same as before, so pissed off, he did a MV. Since then his video's had 5mill over hits, he's been invited to Oprah anddd, best of all, United contacted him saying they'll pay for damages. They will also use his video as a classic case for their employees of how to handle customer complaints in future. HAHA what a way to stick it to the man!
