the return of the queen.

Well, it's been a while, hasn't it? Oy.

Suffice it to say that I have been both busy and non-busy at different times and at various intervals. I'm back in school, which both sucks and non-sucks. As it was before when I was a student, I love the people and the classes, but hate the homework and assignments. C'est la vie.

I spend 90% of my time reading, which means that I do ABSOLUTELY nothing interesting at night and on the weekends. Nothing. I promise. Sometimes, cool people kidnap me and make me eat food or drive around for hours on end. And once, I went to Charlotte's in Prairieville. That was all.

At school, I am either in class, the Lounge, or in Dr. Doucet's office bothering Jennifer, where she does secretarial work when I am not being loud and obnoxious. In class, I am mostly quiet. In the Lounge, I facilitate debates on the disgrace that is our newspaper, the Nicholls Worth. In Dr. Doucet/Jennifer's office, I am the office pet, semi-affectionately known as Puddles, and do clerical work of the hole-punching and pasting sort between reading and the occasional bout of homework. My life is not interesting.

At home, I am in the process of redecorating my room, which is essentially incorrect in that it was never really decorated in the first place. We painted it a lovely green and put in wood floors. We bought this huge new bookshelf in addition to a bookshelf I had previously owned, and I STILL do not have room for all of my books. And, the pièce de résistance, I am going to have a bed for the first time in close to four years. Yay me.

I think that is all for now. This journal is probably going to stay mostly stagnant throughout the year, but perhaps sometime I will entertain you with my ramblings.
