Apparently I officially have exercise induced asthma. It only took like 4 years to figure this out.
I now have an albuterol inhaler, and this morning, I used it twice before running for 2 miles. All was well.
And yes, it was shocking that I got up this morning and decided to go running. BEFORE eating. This is how you know there's something wrong in my world. :P
