Today I feel happy and beautiful. The sun is out, though the little room that is becoming my own is a bit like a forest cave or grotto, shady and cool. Lheannon is here and we went out for coffee with the lion, and now we are playing and working and I feel hopeful and like there are good things ahead. I am still overwhelmed sometimes at the enormity of the things that I have not yet resolved, but I am trying to take things slowly and carefully and in doses that work.

Last night, Special Agent Dale Cooper said, "Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Don't try to plan it, just let it happen."

Today my present was coffee. Tomorrow we are building a loft. Life is good.
