back, i am.
brillant time in austin this weekend.
mucho relaxing, which is just what the doctor ordered.
arrived friday, only to find ourselves shopping til we drop at the outlet stores in san marcos.
i bought waaaaaaay too much stuff.
i almost bought the cutest coach purse, but i stopped myself.
it was like no other coach purse i had ever seen.
=/
i wanted it soooo bad, but the forces around me said no angela.
so i left it there sitting on the nice display table.
poop!

after shopping, we checked into our hotel in the arboretum area.
caught our breath and got ready to search for a place that we could watch the pacers/pistons game and have some beers.
found a cute little neighboorhood bar that had cheap beer and many widescreen tvs.
bball, baseball... YAY!!
watched game, played pool, had beer, had shots and then decided to head downtown.
walked around 6th street for a bit and ended up at some hip hop thing.
dont ask me where it was or what it was called cause i was pretty much drunkface by then.
i do remember it was fuuuuuuunnn and i danced and danced.

then... we lost the car.
no clue where the hell we had parked.
ended up being helped by cute boys that drove us around until i was like *in drunkface tone* WAAAAAAITTTT!! I TOOK A PICTURE OF A BUIDLING WE PARKED NEAR!
cute boys: omg we know exactly where that is!
drunkfaces: YAAAAAAAAAAAY!!
found car, cute boys got kiss on cheek and we were off to hotel for sleepyland.

saturday was hangover central.
body was extremely hurt.
only thing to cure the hurt was mucho water, mexican food and long hot bath.
followed my advice, and i was good to go for the rest of the day.
hehheehe.
drove to barton springs to meet up with some friends and ended up there until late afternoon.
soooo fricking pretty!!
after barton springs, we went for my first ever massage at this adorable salon in the arboretum.
massage was so needed after the long day in the sun.
it was absolute heaven.
saturday night was low key to say the least.
i knew my body couldnt handle another night of drinking and dancing (damn, im getting old), so we stayed at hotel and watched lakers/twolves game and passed the hell out.
sunday sunday sunday!
it rained for a while in the morning but by mid afternoon, sun started peaking out.
so we decided to go watch a movie at the local movie theatre.
i was itching to see kill bill v2 but all the theatres on the northside werent showing it, so we drove to south austin.
had lunch, walked around towne lake and then went to the movie.
we were kind of early, so we snuck into to watch some mean girls before kill bill actually started.
im not going to lie, i loved it!
im a sucker for those kind of movies.
i cant wait to see the entire thing!

went back to where kill bill was showing.
and I LOVED IT!
after movie, we went for a swim at the hotel and then ordered room service.
watched pacers/pistons game, played uno, texas hold em and then sleepytime.
left austin around noon today.
sun was shining in full force, such a lovely day!
got back to houston, just in time for stros/cubs game.
but kels sister was having a bbq thing at her complexs pool,
soooooo took portable radio to pool to listen to game and went.
:)
after bbq, came back to my house to watch lakers/twolves game.
now im here typing this entry, thinking about...
astros lost, cubs won, reds won, stupid lakers won the western conference finals, i hope that pistons beat the pacers tomorrow, i love frang, she left me the sweetest message tonight, im super tan, and that the work week is short... woot!
and im done.
