!!!I love it! Kurogane and Fay, and what sounds suspiciously like a D&D campaign. I grinned when the guard mentioned spell components, and I still haven't stopped. Thank you! Very, very much! :)

Yea! I'm glad you liked it. There just might be a reason for your suspiousions. :D Glad you liked the spell components refercne. I also made a vague referance to the D&D rules of what weapons the wizard character class can carry.

Yes! I laughed there...as a spellcaster, I never even carry a weapon...with my strength scores, I wouldn't be able to even lift a big shiny sword! XD

I know! With the way thaco is (and even with 3.5) even the dagger we're allowed to carry is virtually useless. The only reason my magic users carry one is to use as a tool.

Hehe yeah, I usually put my lowest score in streanght too.

It's funny...my party will say "You don't have any weapon?!" And my answer is "Why? It would be useless. You guys are my muscle."

Excatly, why carry a weapon, thats what your adverturing party is for.

I once had a bard character that between her stats and my rolls never hit anything with her sword. It becaome more of a prop then anything else. She was going around with a group of adventures hoping to turn their deeds into the Next Great Epic.

One time she drew her sword with a flurish, I rolled a 1, the sword went flying across the room, so she shrugged, pulled out paper and ink and spent the battle recording the group's Grand Deeds. (Thats accualy how she spent most of the battles accually)

My bard didn't even try. He went with them solely to record their deeds. I had a blast composing the song afterwards. Hmmm...I should find and post it....
