Haunted Weekend
I am going on my first real outing since Alexei was born. I am going to spend the weekend at my very good friend's haunted hotel in Windber PA. My friend, Blair Murphy, bought this hotel along with his friend Damien Youth. The Midway Hotel is a registered haunted site. Many "ghost hunters", including Katherine Ramsland, have visited the haunted hotel and declared it truly haunted. Anyway, Blair is throwing a party, 'The Twilight Zone' party to be exact. We, Donald, Alexei and I, are going to the haunted hotel in hopes that we will be transported into another dimension, a dimension of sight and sound, spirits and ghosts, all while touring the haunted Midway Hotel and drinking the free beer graciously offered by our host, Blair. Actually, I won't be drinking. Not really much of a drinker to begin with. Not to mention the all important fact that someone has to remain sober for driving and for taking excellent care of my littlest dark angel, Alexei.
