When being nice goes to far...
So is there such a thing as being too nice...those of you that know my father(which I think is everyone on here) knows that my dad can be nice to a fault always willing to help people, give of himself in anyway possible. I got this characteristic from my father and I usually am good at keeping people from taking advantage of me...Well here is my rant, give advise if you have any.
Issue 1-Soon to be Ex-husband #2...yeah yeah that's a whole different set of issues.
Adam and I broke off our marriage in January. He moved out of our apartment in April, I hadn't really been staying there much. It is now almost September and I am still paying his phone bill, car insurance, health insurance, and $60 of his car payment. I know he doesn't have extra money...but I have bills too
Issue 2-My apartment aka my 2 story storage shed
So a friend of mine moved in, in April and started paying me for half of the bills awesome. Well I just found out that the apartment is being foreclosed and I have to be out by Sept. 30...which wouldn't be a big deal I would just moved all my stuff to Chris' place...but that brings us to
Issue 3-Chris' roommate
The reason Chris even has a roommate is because I opened my big mouth. I friend of ours from the kinky community lost her job and was going to lose her apartment. So I asked Chris' and he said sure she can stay with me for a while...that was at the beginning of June, she is still here and still doesn't not have a job. She has being helping out around the house...but I have found I micromanage things...It's really easier if I just do it myself then to explain to someone else how I want it done...what's really annoying is when I tell her how to do it and she still does it wrong. I don't know what to do with this girl, her family has disowned her, she has started having seizures and she does not have any insurance, she does not have a phone. She has had Chris' lap top most of the summer...she did not do any research on medicaid or any kind of assistance. Now Chris is going to go back to school so he will have his laptop, so she no way of doing any looking for jobs or help.
So I don't know what to do, I know I need to sit down with Adam and be like dude...give me the car or more money.
The other 2 issues could be solved, but I feel so bad asking her to find somewhere else to go...does asking her to leave make me a bad person...what do I do if she says she has know where to go?
