Another opinion that people will judge me for
It's starting to turn into a series?
So, I started the next Kamen Rider show, Gaim.
Let me just say that "everyone" has told me that it's so great and I have to watch it. These same everyones also warned me to not watch Wizard, and we know how that turned out.
I have watched up to episode 16 of this thing and I hate everything about it and I can't stand it, from the annoying and cringeworthy characters (I dislike all of the people!) to the laughable design of the Riders. They transform with the help of fruit. They fight with the aid of fruit. Their whole design is based on... fruit! Evil corporation is evil, and it's so cardboard and cliche. There are also way too many second-hand embarrassment moments in each episode that I just... Ugh. Skipping forward here, skipping forward there, just to get away from the cringe.
I feel like I need to apologize to those of you who like it. This is just my experience of it, and I'm fine with you liking it. I just... can't.
There's another 35 or so episodes of this. I'm not sure I want to torture myself any longer. :(
