Nail art
I have terribly awful nails atm, since it's time to redo them and I have been cleaning and doing dishes and stuff like that. Ugh, chipped nail polish. But! They looked good until a day or two ago! LOL
I know I have been terribly bad at posting my nail art attempts lately, so, here's a retroactive one! :)
I've tried making a snakeskin pattern design in the past, but it came out awful and horrible, so I aborted it. But third time's a charm, right? And I was actually really pleased with this!
Base is a dark beige polish from Mavala that was really cheap, but had the perfect colour, and then with the help of two types of lace and a make-up sponge, I added black (from IsaDora) and gold (from H&M). A real mix of cheap brands! LOL I loved how the gold polish actually *sparkled* in the sun. Damn good gold polish, and I can recommend it if you can get your hands on it. (A lot of "gold"-ish polish just comes out dull and/or either too yellow or too orange, imo)
