How I'm spending my winter term...
In case anyone is interested in what I'm working on, it's a paper about cap-and-trade with a presentation to go along with it. It will be used in Florida (and possibly other places), trying to convince them to implement a statewide cap on greenhouse gas emissions. Oddly enough, a bunch of new bills are being presented in Congress to implement such a program nationwide. Check it.
It's weird that now senators are racing to get their global warming bills passed, where before they didn't stand a chance.
