I have an ice cream maker!
It was a present from my cousin's family. Tonight, I made peppermint ice cream and failed meringues (I'd forgotten the vital step in which I'm supposed to whip the egg whites *before* adding the sugar). Apparently, I am useless in culinary experimentation without KT. Le sigh.
