back pain sucks
okay, so yesterday at work one of our bigger guys fell. and we of course had to get him up. did i mention he can be combative? we got him up. 5 minutes later he fell again. this morning i went to get out of the car. yeah, that was one of those stupid things. my whole lower back tied up into a spasm. and there it has been all day. went to urgent care. yah, total suckage on sister of mercy urgent care. 30 minutes in and out..wound up being 3 hours. and love the fact the nurses lied to me about how people were being seen. fuck you...the guy with the sore throat got out 2 hours before me. and the pain pills are not fucking working. i have taken a flexor(?) prescrip strength advil, and a viodon. (sp on those?) yeah, i'm still laying on the heating pad/ice packs.
