how boring my life has become
Today I went to pick-up Travis from baseball camp after driving with my mom. She was feeling kind of sick from my driving so she made me park the car far away so we had to walk to where the campers are picked up. So we're just standing around waiting for travis, im wilin cause i'm about ready to die of hunger when some of the counselors and campers start coming out of the athletic center. i recognize one from the day before that made fun of travis while he was coming over to the car, travis called him lightning because he used to play for that team. i catch lightning staring at me and then start to notice a bunch of the others are too. it was awkward so i was like mom we look stupid let's fnd travis this is embarrassing standing around, so we go and find him he was on the other side or something. once we're home travis decides to tell me that apparently lightning saw me in the car yesterday in all my sweaty glory and then approached travis today with
"Hey rip tide your sister's pretty cute"
"uhh"
"true or false, when you guys left she started talking about me"
"uhh false"
"how old is she?"
"16"
"damnit she's one year too young"
"too young for what?"
"i only go for girls half my age plus 7, except one time a 14 year old started stalking me when i was a senior."
"uhh.."
"but still is she coming to pick you up again?"
oh and to make travis'life more awkward apparently "lightning" was talking to all the other counselors about riptide's hot sister, and that he would point her out to them if she picked trav up again. moral of the story: life is awkward.
