lol - i think it was just time for the contacts... but I was stubborn and wanted to stick it out.
FARK sometimes I hate contacts but I think it's something I need to keep with @_@

Go running with people from work - say like take an hour off work to go running every other friday. This week though - we are going rock climbing

Typically what happens is MarkU and I (and sometimes John) go out for a run somewhere around Melbourne for a good hour. Fitness levels don't matter - Hopefully Brendan will be joining us next week too!

usually leave work between 2 and 3pm Fridays. Yep, means you have to make alternative arrangements for lunch or what have you - but we do what we do - for our health and fitness really :)
